In the recent episode of Andrei Arlovski’s youtube series “Arlovski 360: On the Road to Reckoning Episode 2“. Training Arlovski’s Boxing is World Famous Boxing trainer Freddie Roach, who also trains superstar boxer Manny “The Pacman” Pacquiao. Roach talks about Andrei’s advantage in striking over Fedor and believes that when you fight Fedor you should back him up because Fedor doesn’t fight well backing up.
This is a very bold statement by the confident boxing trainer, bold statements are nothing new coming from Freddie Roach, Roach is the same man who said Pacquiao would destroy Oscar De La Hoya and if Pacquiao lost he would not accept the trainer fee from Pacquiao. Manny Pacquiao was the underdog, deemed to small and according to many boxing writers Pacquiao was expected to lose the fight against the bigger Oscar De La Hoya who was also touted as the more skilled of the two, but the Pacman went on to win a flawless TKO victory.
