Mayweather Jr. get’s berated with Pacquiao questions on ESPN

March 4, 2010 By NB News 63 Comments

Floyd Mayweather Jr. was on the ESPN show “Pardon the Interruption” with hosts Michael Wilbon and Dan Le Batard, to promote his May 1st mega-fight with Pomona native, Sugar Shane Mosley, during the interview Mayweather was berated with non stop questions about Manny Pacquiao.

The two hosts kept asking Floyd about Pacquiao instead of Shane Mosley.  Mayweather Jr. side stepped the questions and refused to even mention Pacquiao’s name or discuss a future possible fight with him. Both fighters have HBO pay per view dates lined up, should Pacquiao get by Joshua Clottey on March 13, and Mayweather beats Shane Mosley on May 1st, Mayweather vs. Pacquiao would be the most logical and lucrative boxing match.

The fight may never happen if Floyd and Manny refuse to compromise on the randomized steroid blood testing.
