Boxing fans are in for a treat tonight, when two of boxing’s brightest stars, Juan Manuel Marquez and Juan “Baby Bull’ Diaz come together for a sequel of their action packed 2009 “Fight of the Year”.
Juan Manuel Marquez is already a boxing legend having faced a who’s who of boxing greats such as Manny Pacquiao, Marco Antonio Barrera, Joel Casamayor, Juan Diaz and Floyd Mayweather Jr.. Ultimately, Juan Manuel is chasing a third fight with his long time rival Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao a Filipino boxing superstar who went to war with Marquez in two fights. Pacquiao and Marquez fought to a draw in their first meeting and Pacquiao won a split decision in their second.
Juan “Baby Bull” Diaz is an ambitious young fighter and former 135-pound title holder, who is also studying to become a lawyer while boxing. For Diaz, he looks to redeem himself from his knockout loss to Marquez and correct his mistakes he made in the first fight.
The entire undercard is stacked with competitive match-ups, including, Danny Jacobs vs. Dmitry Pirog, Jorge Linares vs. Rocky Juarez, Robert “The Ghost” Guerrero vs. Joel Casamayor, Sakio Bika vs. Jean Paul Mendy.
