Two MMA legends Fedor Emelianenko and Dan Henderson will square off in the Strikeforce cage for what’s expected to be an explosive fight that could end early or go the distance in an all out war. Fedor was widely considered by many MMA experts as the best mixed martial arts fighter in the world until he suffered two back to back losses, he is looking to comeback and make a statement with a win over the always dangerous Dan Henderson.
Former UFC and PRIDE fighter Dan Henderson is the only MMA fighter to hold two titles in two difference weight divisions (welterweight and middleweight) concurrently when he fought under the Pride Fighting Championship banner. He currently holds the Strikeforce light-heavyweight title.
The co-headliner is a women’s Strikeforce bantamweight championship bout between champion Marloes Coenen and challenger Miesha Tate.
