Traditionally the Captain is the last to leave a sinking ship. What most people don’t know is who the first to leave the sinking ship are. They have extensive knowledge of the ship’s make up. They literally know even the slightest of details that most of the ship’s employees don’t even notice. Any guess. They will be the first to know about a fire in the engine room, or water leaking into the ship. It’s the rats.
Floyd Mayweather Jr. has noticed that his ship is on fire that started somewhere in the engine room. He is already preparing to leave and jump ship. He is looking for another ship to which he can swim. Mind you, like the rat that chewed on an electrical wire that started the fire, Floyd is responsible for the sinking of his ship. Like the unknowing rat, Floyd blames others for the fire.
Floyd has noticed that his upcoming fight against Victor Ortiz is not gaining traction as he thought it would. He also noticed that rival Manny Pacquiao’s fight against Juan Manuel Marquez is shaking and baking in mega numbers.
Floyd is working and planning to leave his sinking ship. He is placing the blame for the fire on Captain HBO. When a rat leaves the ship, he wants to find another ship with lots of food for himself. He is now trying to jump into the Pacquiao cruise ship. Floyd is now taking credit for the great buzz around the Manny Pacquiao versus Juan Manuel Marquez fight. Floyd says that the Pacquiao camp mentioning his name is what generates and garners a big pay day for Pacquiao. A rat can smell a ship that has tons of food from miles away, even beyond sight.
Does anyone remember a Manny Pacquiao or a Floyd Mayweather Jr. fight where the other guy’s name was not mentioned? Yeah, I thought so. So why differentiate it now, Floyd? Why this time around are you claiming that Pacquiao is using your name to generate buzz for his fight? Simple, Floyd’s ship is sinking. He wants to jump into another ship to save face and him. But the ship that Floyd wants to join is sailing too fast. Floyd has two choices; he can either stay on his burning ship and hope the fire can be put out, or wait and hope another ship comes along. What would a rat do in such a situation?
I can guess but I don’t exactly know what a rat would do. Only another rat would truly know the answer. Isn’t there a web site somewhere that is pro rat? I’m just asking.
