Since Victor Conte’s outing of Juan Manuel Marquez trainer Angel Hernandez aka Angel “Memo” Heredia (Heredia is an admitted steroid dealer who provided performance-enhancing drugs to athletes indicted in the BALCO steroid scandal), people were curious to find out if what Victor Conte said was true that there was a video floating around on YouTube of Memo injecting EPO or some form of steroids or Performance Enhancing drugs into his stomach. I came across the actual video from the 2009 German documentary showing Memo injecting PED’s into his stomach and walking around Mexico city purchasing steroids and other drugs from a pharmacy.
This type of revelation is something that Manny Pacquiao and his team should be suspicious of. Unlike Conte, Heredia never served prison time because he told on people in exchange for immunity. Heredia also worked with the Jamaican track team and was the conditioning coach for Olympic gold medalist Usain Bolt.
