For episode 2 of 24/7: Cotto/Margarito HBO cameras will cover the controversy surrounding Antonio Margarito’s license application, the NYSAC wanted Antonio Margarito to NYSAC approved eye doctor before approving him for a license to fight. Antonio Margarito had to undergo eye surgery for a broken orbital and to remove a cataract in his eye he suffered in his tough loss to Manny Pacquiao.
On Friday, December 2, 2011 at 9:00 PM after back to back replays of 24/7: Cotto/Margarito, HBO will air the half-hour special “24/7 Overtime: Cotto/Margarito hosted by Jim Lampley, the show will feature interviews and observations from boxing’s leading personalities on the upcoming Miguel Cotto vs. Antonio Margarito pay-per-view rematch on December 3, 2011 at the Madison Square Garden in New York city.
