Showtime Championship Boxing is back Saturday night Feb. 18 from the American Bank Center in Corpus Christi, Texas with an action packed double header featuring Paul Williams vs. Nobuhiro Ishida and unbeaten Tavoris Cloud vs. Gabriel Campillo.
Once considered the most avoided man in boxing former welterweight champion Paul “The Punisher” Williams (40-2, 27 KOs) will return against 37-year-old Japanese journeyman Nobuhiro Ishida (24-6-2, 9 KOs), who is best known for his knock out victory of then undefeated junior middleweight contender James Kirkland.
As the co-feature, unbeaten light-heavyweight rising star Tavoris Cloud (23-0, 19 KOs) of Tallahassee, Florida will take on Gabriel Campillo (21-3-1, 8 KOs) of Spain.
