Trainers Freddie Roach has faced trainer Robert Garcia when Pacquiao faced off against Antonio Margarito, Roach and Pacquiao were victorious winning a unanimous decision victory, but Garcia is looking to change that by learning from the Margarito loss and creating an improved game plan with Rios to defeat Roach and Pacquiao on November 23.
