International boxing star Manny “Pacman” Pacquiao will return to the ring against young action packed fighter Brandon “Bam Bam” Rios on November 23rd in Macau, China on HBO PPV. Leading up to the event HBO’s sports reality series “24/7” will return for the 18th time with 24/7: Pacquiao/Rios premiering on Saturday, November 9 at 12:15 a.m. ET/PT after live boxing on HBO’s Boxing After Dark.
24/7: Pacquiao/Rios will follow the combatants in an exclusive view of their training camps and day to day life. The fans will see clips of their training, what they do away from camp with friends and family, and hear in-depth interviews from the fighters, trainers and people involved with the upcoming Pacquiao vs. Rios PPV.
This will be Manny Pacquiao 8th appearance on 24/7 and this is Brandon Rios first time headlining one. Pacquiao will train in the Philippines since the fight is in China and Rios will train mostly in Oxnard, California before heading to Macau. Trainers Freddie Roach and Robert Garcia will once again match wits, the two appeared on 24/7 when Manny Pacquiao and Antonio Margarito were scheduled to fight at Dallas Cowboys stadium in Texas, Pacquiao damaged Margarito’s eye and beat him by decision.
