World Championship boxing heads over to the Barclays Center in Brooklyn, NY with a welterweight main event between two of BK’s finest former world champions Zab Judah and Paulie Malignaggi. The undercard is stacked with title fights IBF welterweight champion Devon Alexander will put his title on the line against Shawn Porter, talented Cuban boxer Erislandy Lara will fight former world champion Austin Trout for the Vacant WBA junior middleweight belt, and WBC super middleweight champion Sakio Bika will fight Anthony Dirrell.
The main event Zab Judah vs. Paulie Malignaggi will prove who is the King of Brooklyn. There has been no trash talk between the two former champions heading into their welterweight non title bout, but don’t let the professionalism fool you, these two boxers will fight their heart out in front of their hometown fans.
The co-feature bout had trash talk leading up to the fight, champion Devon Alexander doesn’t think Shane Porter is as good as he claims to be, and Porter believes he will shock the champion and take his belt from him on Saturday night.
