The undefeated WBA/IBO middleweight champion Gennady Golovkin (28-0-25KOs) will fight again on Saturday Feb. 1st at the Salles des Etoiles in Monte Carlo, Monaco against contender Osumanu Adama (22-3-16KOs)on Box Nation and online via live streaming video feed on Livesport.tv.
Golovkin is one of the best boxers in the world, his popularity among the boxing world is due to his methodical and relentless style which he breaks down opponents with carefully before disposing of them by knockout.
The last time Golovkin fought in Monte Carlo he knocked out tough Japanese fighter Nobuhiro Ishida in brutal fashion within three rounds of a 12 round championship bout.
His opponent Adama fought for the middleweight title previously against Australian champion Daniel Geale but he fell short losing a decision. This will be a tall order for the huge underdog Adama, if he can pull off an upset win here it will put him in the lead for upset of the year 2014.
