The rematch between Chantelle Cameron and Katie Taylor will take place at the 3Arena in Dublin, Ireland on November 25th and will be live streamed on DAZN. A Free Fight preliminary card will air on YouTube prior to the main card.
Chantelle Cameron (18-0, 8 KOs) of Northampton, England will defend her undisputed IBF/WBA/WBC/WBO super lightweight world championship in a rematch against current undisputed lightweight women’s champion Katie Taylor (22-1, 6 KOs) of Bray, Ireland.
Cameron, 31, beat Taylor handily in their first meeting. The British champion warned Taylor she is biting off more than she can chew by trying to go up in weight to challenge her for the undisputed world title. The fight was supposed to be Taylor’s big homecoming in Ireland to become a two division undisputed world champion but she fell short of her goal.
Taylor, 36, is the biggest boxing star in Ireland and despite suffering her first professional loss, she believes she can correct her mistakes in the first fight and beat Cameron for the undisputed championship at 140-pounds.
On the Before The Bell Prelim card, fans will be treated to a four fight card with fighters from the Matchroom Boxing stable being showcased.
