Jake “The Problem Child” Paul returns to the boxing ring and he will take on pro boxer Andre August in a cruiserweight main event scheduled for 8-rounds. The event will take place at the Caribe Royale Orlando in Orlando, Florida on December 15th and will be live streamed on DAZN.
The fight week press conference will live stream on Wednesday via YouTube and the combatants will face of and share their thoughts on the fight and answer media questions.
Jake Paul quickly became one of the top draws in the sport of boxing without an amateur career, his large fan following on YouTube carried over into the sport of boxing and whenever he fights he sells out arenas.
Despite a loss to Tommy Fury, Paul has never backed down from his dream of becoming a world champion, he took a tough fight with UFC star Nate Diaz right after and won a decision in a very entertaining fight. On Saturday he will take on a professional boxer in Andre August and wants to continue taking on pro boxers instead of influencers and former MMA fighters.
The co-main event will be an MVP promotions special attraction featuring Jake Paul’s fighter Shadasia Green taking on former world champion Franchon Crews Dezurn in a battle for the women’s vacant WBC super middleweight crown.
